Update for 1,000 Valentines

Bumping to the top...... :) Sorry, I posted this a few days ago but I am not sure that feedblitz updates with that....
And The Winner Is!
...and thank you all for participating! Thank you all for helping Pat to reach her goal! I know that everyone will be thrilled with all of the Valentines! What an amazing treat! :)
The Winner....
Ashley from Heart Hugs Designs! :) Congrats Girly! I am so excited for you! Please email me with your info so I can send these goodies off to you! :)
Thank you again everyone! I am so glad that you were able to help with this! :)

*****One more edit....the deadline for this is Feb 7th...this will ensure that all cards make it to Pat in time. Thank you so much for participating. Also, to clarify the drawing....you get one entry per card so make sure you list how many cards you are sending. Thanks so much for helping! How wonderful that so many are participating! :)

***Edited to add the blog candy photo*** Sorry this took forever! ;) Ok...don't forget to win this you must create a Valentine for a child that can be sent to the hospital....all details below. I'm bumping this up since I added the blog candy photo. Hope you all play! This is such a great cause! :)

Hope you have a great day!

Back again! I got an email yesterday from my sweet friend Julie, her mom...also such a sweetie!, Pat from The Rubber Maid....to make a run on sentence even more run on.....Pat is trying to round up 1000 Valentines for Children's Hospital of Michigan. Are you interested in helping?

Here's what we need.....cards with envelopes or just post card style cards...Valentine cards to help give these kiddos a great Valentines day.

I'm going to sweeten the deal. ...be back after breakfast with the picture...sorry, last night got crazy here! ;).....If you participate you can enter for a little blog candy. Send more than one card, get more than one entry! You get one entry for ever card you send.

Where will you be sending your cards? Email Pat here mrsmiley6@aol.com and she will give you all of the deets. Once you're cards are in the mail come back here and leave a comment. Be sure and number your comments...that will make it so much easier for me when I put them in the random number generator....And you get one entry for every card you send.

Hope you guys will play!

I mailed my cards today. I had so much fun making these cards. My daughters made some with me. And even my sweet little 6 year old niece made one. It was so much fun knowing that we were doing something so good for so many!

I sent a box today with more than 100 valentines--I don't think I'll post that many comments! LOL But it was such fun to make them. I used to work in a Children's Hospital and I know how much these little things mean to the kids and their families. Thanks for offering the Blog Candy--it looks great.

Also, will be making some birthday, get well soon, and thinking of you cards. Will let you know when they are on their way to Pat! (Waiting for her response for the address.) Ok I am not sure what has happened to the numbering system but I am sending out 50 Valentine cards to Patty tomorrow. I am going to try to make more this weekend. I believe Patty said the dead line is 02/07.

Soooooooo I am not sure how this will work because I don't think I can post 50 times so maybe you can let me know how you are going to pick a winner for the blog candy. I would appreciate that. Thank you so much for giving us a chance to help the kids and win some candy. Hope you have a wonderful weekend and TFS.
