It's Monday Fun-day! Before we head off for a Buck day of fun I wanted to share a little something for the Monday challenge. This weeks challenge is to create a Christmas card. More Christmas! Can't go wrong there! Here's what I came up with.....

Stamp Simply!

It's time for another Stamp Simply challenge. Sharon has such a fun challenge for us this week. You can find all the deets on her blog.

This week you need to use at least two colors on your project; grassy green and sky blue. The twist? You have to paper pierce as well. FUN! When I first think of the color combo I think spring, flowers, warm. But what did I reach for on this one???? Christmas? ;) Go figure! I pulled out some new Unity goodness and came up with this.

This one is super clean and simple. I love the new Christmas stamps. My fav! :)

The Most Wonderful Hip HOP!

How fun to bring a little Christmas to June! Yesterday was such a HOT day! It so nice to bring a little winter cheer!


I LOVE the new Christmas stamps from Unity! How CUTE are they! I made a few EPLS samples for this one. I think I could whip out a few dozen of these to maybe send out this year. I used October Afternoon for all of them. Take a peek....

The ribbon is old Stampin Up.

Next up a little gift set. I found these super cute boxes and thought they would be perfect for a bit of candy....

Emboss It!

It's time for another Monday challenge. This weeks challenge is to create a card incorporating embossing...any type of embossing. I pulled out some of my favorite Flower Soft...the color is Fuschia....and a Nesti. Take a peek....

I love embossing with the Nesti's. The effect is stunning. I colored the stems of the Flower Soft wire with my copic and then tied a little ribbon for the bouquet.

Stamp Simply Time!

It's Stamp Simply time! I'm so very late with my project today. We've had a sick little one here so it's been crazy! Finally a moment of peace to actually upload my project! Sorry this will be super short and sweet. ;)



For all the deets on this fun challenge check out Sharon's blog. Here's my take on this weeks challenge.....







I pulled out an oldie but a goodie for this one. This one uses one of my favorite Gina K's. I really love this stamp. You pull out the white card and it's printed with one of my favorite summer recipes. (Which is EPLS!)

Pasta Salad.

Your favorite pasta, I use Gemelli...whole wheat...yikes....but I LOVE it!, veggies (bell pepper, red pepper, tomato, black olives...ok, not really a veggie, any of your favorites), cheese, shallots, a light dressing. My favorite is Girard's Light Champagne.

Cook the pasta to al dente. While it is cooking chop the shallot and add it to the dressing in a large bowl. Chop the veggies and add them. Rinse the pasta with cold water once it finishes and then combine and toss with the veggies. Add cheese. EPLS! :)...and YUMMY!

Happy hip HOP Thursday! It's time for another fun day! I LOVE Thursdays! ...and this one is RE-Wind! LOVE that! This week I've got more Kit of the Month. I'm sure by now you've seen it. It's such a cutie! You know, the hardest part of re-wind is trying to decide which kit to use. ;) Unity is full of cuteness!

Clean & Simple nO.11

It's time for another Clean & Simple scrapbook challenge. This week is a sketch. Take a peek....

This one is EPLS...that's easy peasy lemon squeezy. I used one of my favorite pictures of my son Carter for this one. He's been playing catcher on his baseball team this season. It's so fun to watch. He's determined to catch one of the foul balls. He's been practicing, trying to figure out how to get moving in all that gear faster. Love that!

The paper is My Minds Eye. The letters are Thickers. I also used some Jenny Bowlin tickets and a bottle cap.

Have y'all ever heard the song 'Everybody Knows'? The one I am talking about is by Leonard Cohen...think that's right. I have no clue why but for some reason that is playing in my head only with 'anything goes'. This weeks challenge is anything just keep it clean and simple.

Ok....it's Stamp Simply time....one of favorite times of the week. This weeks challenge is so much fun. For this weeks challenge you need to create something geared around a 'pot'....could be a flower pot, a coffee pot....you get it. You can find all the deets at Sharon's blog.

I really stretched this one a bit. Where do you have the coffee pot, or the flower pot....well, home of course! ;) So why not make a house? Sometimes I just get these ideas in my head and there is no turning back. So here we go......

What can I tell you. Somehow this just must fit. ;) I have all kinds of flower pots at my house with a coffee pot.....you get the idea. Hey, it was one of those nights.

Flower Soft

It's time! Woohoo! :) This is such a fun one for me! :) I feel so very fortunate to announce a new design team. Flower Soft! :) You know I LOVE Flower Soft! This is one of my favorite companies! Have you used their product yet? Wowzers! It's so much fun!

So for today's big announcement we are all making something with a bouquet. How perfect with Flower Soft! :) Have you seen the amazing bouquets you can create? They are amazing! One of the things that I love about Flower Soft is that once you glue it on it stays! You can bend it, mail it....it will stay!

I used Baby Peach and Fuchsia for this one. I also used the Flower Soft wires. Once the glue had dried I bent the tips and then added a little twine to tie a bow. The perfect boutineer....close to a bouquet. ;)
